This Privacy Policy explains how Le7meraviglie ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website and booking system, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Name, email address, phone number, appointment history, purchased packages and top-up cards, and any notes you give us when booking.

2. How we use your data

• To create and manage your appointments and account.
• To send confirmations and reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To process payments, packages and coupons.
• To keep our client records up to date.

3. Google Contacts

Our staff may use a connected Google account to save your name and phone number in the salon address book so we can recognise your calls and messages. We only use this access to create and update the contacts of our own clients. We do not read other contacts, and we do not share, sell or use this data for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Legal basis

We process your data to perform our booking agreement with you, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running the salon. Where required, we rely on your consent.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the service (hosting, email, SMS and WhatsApp messaging, Google) and with authorities when required by law.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as you have an account or as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, at any time. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
